Experience includes:

* Assisting the merger of two small businesses. This included a review of staff, introducing new HR and operational policies, referral to a qualified security installer, coordinating physical relocation, oversight of suppliers and interaction with stakeholders including a large customer base, and provision of comprehensive HR toolkit and business plan.

* Restructure of a NSW Government department of 1,000 employees to achieve greater alignment to strategy and plans

* Staffing review of a large command of a law enforcement organisation including workforce strategy and design, recruitment strategy, training and development, performance management, rewards policy, HR systems and engagement of both employees and stakeholders.

* Review of a high profile Australian Law Enforcement organisation, including workforce strategy design, recruitment strategies, training and development, performance management, rewards policy, review of all HR systems, and employee and stakeholder engagement.

* Staffing and deployment review of operational section within government department. Audited deployment models, HR reporting systems, leadership capability and qualities, staff behaviour compliance and management, succession planning, training, and staff reward/recognition systems.

* Provide consulting services to international labour supply company on the creation and delivery of organisation wide training package

* Consult Middle Eastern government on restructure of government department to deliver forensic services to public sector
